A relaxed morning look around the Community Garden and discussing approaches to biodiversity (wildflowers and wild areas, soil health, and pollinators - bee hives). Also, taking time to consider the role that gardens (from large to window ledges) and gardeners can play in supporting the climate emergency agenda. To include: practical tips for water management and reducing your carbon footprint with growing your own food (either on your own or as part of a community garden setting with others). A practical, hands on morning, with plenty of time for asking questions and sharing ideas.
